Lodge

Capacity
The Charity Island Lodge has a maximum of six occupants. The loft area has two twin beds and a double bed. The master bedroom has a queen size bed as well.

Rental Periods and Rates
Charity Island is accessible from early April through October. Weekly Rentals run from Saturday to Friday at $1400.00 per week. Nightly rentals are also available based on $225.00 per night, based on a four night minimum stay.

Reservations and Deposits
A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. Personal checks and credit card payments are acceptable. The balance of rent and a $500.00 security deposit must be paid prior to the rental period. The security deposit will be returned following the rental period provided there is no damage from negligent or malicious activities and that it is left in a good, clean condition. It is not our intent to retain Security Deposits but to protect our hard work and investment. A formal lease agreement will be executed prior to rental period.

Pets
Approved Pets are allowed at the lodge. Please ask ahead of time.

Sanctuary Rules
Charity Island is largely a Federal Sanctuary. All renters will be supplied a copy of the rules and will be required to abide by these rules while on Federal property.

Transportation
Transportation to and from Charity Island is via your own boat. There is Ferry Service available from late June through September via the “NorthStar” or the “Miss Charity”.

If you need transportation we can help you make the arrangements. Once at the Island, we will transport you and your gear to the Charity Island Lodge via our Kawasaki Mule and wagon. All other transportation on and around the island will be by foot, kayak, canoe or boat.
