Weekly Rentals run from Saturday to Friday at $1200.00 per
week. Nightly rentals are also available based on $200.00
per night, based on a four night minimum stay.
Reservations
and Deposits
A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. Personal
checks and credit card payments are acceptable. The balance
of rent and a $500.00 security deposit must be paid prior to the rental period. The security

malicious activities and that it is left in a good, clean

agreement will be executed prior to rental period.
